Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Samuel Famolu as Digital Strategist, Prize campaigns and Awards and Member of the Advisory Board Treasure earth C.I.C. effective 15 November 2019.

As expert digital strategist Samuel is passionate about business, capacity development and applying his considerable skills and experience to addressing youth and adult unemployment in Africa. As such he has made it his priority and long term goal to train individuals and enable schools, educational institutions and businesses in Africa to optimise their digital skills and embrace the digital age. To date he has trained over 18,000 participants on topics including digital marketing, entrepreneurship, brand positioning, digital evangelism, online safety, smartphone optimization, productivity, web design, blogging, digital strategy, human rights while acquiring additional skills in digital transformation, business analysis, project management, leadership and Investment.

Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexander C. Vit as Senior Board Advisor Strategy and Development and member of the Advisory Board effective 12 November 2019. As a talented strategy and development professional who thrives on accelerating growth Alexander brings an impressive range of skills to Treasure Earth including leadership, corporate development, strategic planning, value creation, financial modelling and analysis, business development, sales and marketing, project management and negotiation.

Alexander worked most recently as part of the senior management team of UK Power Reserve (UKPR). UKPR is the leading provider of flexible power generation to the UK electricity market boasting a portfolio of over 1GW of small scale thermal and battery storage assets. The fleet is a backup solution to the UK grid to complement a clean/green renewable power supply. They are switched on when the sun isn’t shining and the wind isn’t blowing.

Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Allen-Jones, Prizes and Awards Campaigns and Video Documentary Ideation and Outreach Ambassador. Beth is already a human rights advocate and campaigner for social change in her own right as well as a student Ambassador at SOAS and brings the benefit of her ideation and inspiration to our campaigns and the Treasure Earth challenge.

Beth has been a Church Youth and Children’s Group Leader for over 5 years mentoring young girls from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and focussing on identity, self-worth and confidence building measures.

She has also volunteered as Holocaust Educational Ambassador hosting sessions with different age groups to raise awareness of the real life stories of Holocaust survivors and lessons learnt from history to ensure no repeat of any such crime against humanity.
