· Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details
· Marketing Data includes your preferences for receiving marketing from us and third parties
· Application Data includes information individuals disclosed in an application for a Treasure Earth Prize. The Applicant is responsible to ensure that full informed consent has been obtained from all relevant individuals identified in an application for a Treasure Earth Prize.
· Reference Data includes name and contact details of referees and reference details.
· Technical Data includes internet protocol address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone settings and location and other technology on the device you use to access the website
· Usage Data includes information about how you use our website

A) Purpose/Activity : To register your interest in a Treasure Earth Prize (as a Sponsor, Judge, Prize Entrant, Delegate, Guest or Volunteer, Employee or other interested party (‘Stakeholders’)

B) Purpose/Activity : To enable you to participate in a Treasure Earth Prize or event (as a Stakeholder) and keep you informed about future prizes.

We use the information that you have given us in order to conduct the Treasure Earth Prize campaigns, challenges and events.

Your information is securely stored on our IT systems in the UK.
We keep your personal information for 5 years. We will then dispose your information in a secure manner.

Treasure Earth does not solicit any sensitive information such as race, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs or health information.

Glossary / Definitions
“Treasure Earth” means Treasure Earth C.I.C.
“Treasure Earth Prize” means the competition prizes run by Treasure Earth to drive change and innovation to combat global conflict and global warming and champion CSR and humanitarian care
“Sponsor” means any Person that we have entered into an agreement with to sponsor a Treasure Earth Prize, prize giving, awards ceremony or other event
“Judge” means any Person who have agreed to join our panel to judge a Treasure Earth Prize.
“Guest” means any Person including speakers, ambassadors or hosts who has been invited to participate in a Treasure Earth Prize event.
“Partner” means any Person that partners with the Treasure Earth
“Prize Entrant” means any Person that has entered a Treasure Earth Prize competition
“Prize Winner” means any Person that has been judged a winner of a Treasure Earth Prize competition
“Candidate” means applicant or potential applicant for a role with Treasure Earth including a Prize Entrant and a Person who is considered by us as a potential Judge, Sponsor, Volunteer, Source, Vendor or Partner
“Source” means any Person who provides information about a potential Candidates
“Vendor” means any entity that provides products or services to us
“Person” means a person or persons or organization
