She places primary importance on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and has the ability to challenge efficiency of processes to drive forward change and innovation.

Victoria has worked as an Associate at J.P.Morgan for the last 5 years. Her primary responsibility among her many roles is to identify, design and implement new controls and processes around the P&L production to drive efficiencies and to keep up to date with Global Product Control standards across Front Office, Market Risk, External Reporting, Valuation Control and other stakeholders.
