His Holiness hosts delegation from World Jewish Congress leading to joint agreement and commitment to interfaith dialogue and the need for direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians for peace and in a symbolic act mark International Holocaust Remembrance Day.


WJC President Ronald S. Lauder expresses gratitude for His Holiness’s “extraordinary efforts to strengthening Catholic-Jewish relations, and for his dedication to seeing a true and lasting peace between Israel and the Palestinians.”
