Joanna started out as Marketing Manager at Festival Republic where she successfully managed the advertising campaigns for a series of music festivals, concerts, tours and events including the Reading and Leeds Festivals and the Latitude Festival of music, arts & culture.
She was responsible for building the brand for Latitude Festival and led the marketing campaign to bring the event to market achieving 500% growth in attendance in the first 3 years.
Joanna curated and produced two immersive, mixed media exhibitions in an East London venue. Working with a collective of artists, the exhibitions mixed illustration, graphic art, photography, installation and soundscapes with poetry and live music events..
