Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Steel as Senior Research Advisor effective 26 September 2020. Andrea is a highly skilled qualitative research professional with a wealth of market research experience both client and agency side, across industry sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Finance, Food and Beverages, Health and Beauty Care, and the Utility and Charitable sector. She is an expert across a broad range of disciplines such as segmentation, advertising and branding, both b2c and b2b, in addition to NPD and concept development and is a member of the AQR and MRS,

She currently runs her own research business as, Andrea Steel Research Ltd, as an Independent Qualitative Researcher and Moderator where she has established her reputation as a competent and dependable researcher and first port of call for qualitative support for quantitative agencies worked for clients including:

GSSTC, The Children’s Commissioner, Crisis, Action for Children, Electricity North West, B&Q, Nature’s Way Foods, Shaw’s, Vanguard, PWC, SSE, Hitachi, CreditLadder, Tabeo, Viagogo, Now TV, Discovery among others.

Prior to this Andrea held numerous senior Qualitative Research positions with market research agencies, having been first introduced to consumer research during her 5 years at Procter & Gamble.

Throughout her career Andrea has lived and worked abroad as well as in her native Ireland, thus giving her a truly international perspective.

Education:

Andrea holds a BSc (Hons) Chemistry from Kingston University and is also a member of the AQR (Association of Qualitative Research) and the MRS (Market Research Society).
