Treasure Earth Prize is pleased to announce the appointment of Amena Dove as Head of the Treasure Earth Humanitarian Care Prize (with special emphasis on youth) at Treasure Earth C.I.C. effective 8 April 2023. Amena is passionate about youth causes and driven by an unrelenting desire to explore and identify defining solutions to address the critical issues facing youth today. As also a highly skilled professional in a completely different industry in her own right she wanted to apply her transferable skills to pursuing other causes close to her heart, and her combination of expert research skills, her obvious commitment and dedication to those causes close to her heart and an abundance of enthusiasm leave you in no doubt that she will be a worthy Ambassador for our first and flagship prize, the Treasure Earth Humanitarian Care Prize.

In her full time career Amena is a Big 4 ACA qualified finance and accounting professional acknowledged for driving digital change and process efficiency. She is an innovative thinker with impeccable attention to detail and highly skilled in process improvement, change management, management reporting, statutory reporting, risk management and treasury and cash management.

She currently works as Financial Controller of AESSEAL PLC where she was quickly promoted from Finance and Compliance Specialist and Northern Europe Finance Business Partner / AESSEAL PLC and AESSEAL Nordics.

Prior to this she worked as Financial Risk and Treasury Accountant at Vivergo fuels having started her career as Associate and then Senior Associate at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).

While at PwC she was appointed her teams Network Security Ambassador and participated in the female mentoring scheme in partnership with Leeds University, she was also appointed a Nav and Jet ‘champion’ which was a specialised role in which she delivered one-to-one training to her professional colleagues.
