Victoria Clark, ACCA
Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Clark as Financial Accountant effective 14 July 2020. She brings an impressive range of skills and experience across the Banking sector, and is found with products including SAP, Business Objects, Web Rich Intelligence, Maconomy, Globus, Hyperion Essbase, Qlick Sense & Sage. She places primary importance on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and has the ability to challenge efficiency of processes to drive forward change and innovation.
Victoria has worked as an Associate at J.P.Morgan for the last 5 years. Her primary responsibility among her many roles is to identify, design and implement new controls and processes around the P&L production to drive efficiencies and to keep up to date with Global Product Control standards across Front Office, Market Risk, External Reporting, Valuation Control and other stakeholders.
Prior to her role at J.P. Morgan she worked as Financial Controller at Credit Suisse, Private Banking where she closely monitored assets coming into Credit Suisse as part of Morgan Stanley Private Bank acquisition, ensuring correct accounting treatment is applied and which involved extensive interaction with FA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting.
Victoria joined Credit Suisse Private banking from Black Sun Plc as Assistant Financial Accountant, (Internship) where she took ownership of monthly balance P&L sheet reconciliations
She started her career with a first internship as Accounts Assistant at Close Brothers Plc, Banking Division where she took ownership of purchase ledger.
· Promoted to Associate in Jan 2017 and key dependency for urgent queries in manager absence
· MIS enhancements, providing better trending reports to senior management for decision making
· Successfully streamlined process for the accounting of expense accruals – resulted in timely recognition of substantial expenses recoveries as Other Revenue
· Part of B.O.L.D leadership team mentoring and empowering university students with financial skills
· Youth leader – involved in charitable campaigns aimed at empowering and inspiring young people
