Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Witts as Campaign Consultant, PR, Media and Communications. Nick has a passion for the delivery of first-class scientific communication, with a keen interest in the field of climate science and health. Nick completed his Masters degree in Science, Media and Communications only last year and is currently studying for his NCTJ Certificate in Foundation Journalism. He also works as freelance writer and journalist for a variety of projects including as Healthcare Writer and Consultant at Hyderus a specialised consultancy in communications and policy specializing in development politics and public health;
Nick also works as Freelance Risk Writer at Dow Jones, publishers of global business news and financial information in a variety of media and where he provides high quality, tailored due diligence reports and research covering awarding of major sporting events to commercial programmes and player/athlete recruitment. Previously at Olive, Loughborough University as Science and Health Writer he translated academic papers into readable and actionable articles from evidence based health content. Prior to that Nick worked on a series of previous journalist assignments including at Osprey Rugby Ltd, South Wales Evening Post, Ski Press News Inc, Chwarae Teg WomenSpire awards ceremony, the New Zealand Herald, Port Talbot Magnet, Culture Trip and Cardiff City Football Club Foundation
