Treasure Earth Prize is pleased to announce the appointment of Roei Gavish as Senior Advisor Ethical Financial and Commercial Strategy and Member of the Advisory Board effective 22 March 2023. Roei is an experienced and highly successful entrepreneur and veteran of the financial services industry and counts business development, strategy, product management, marketing, Fintech, Reg Tech, trading and open banking technologies among his specialisations and expert skillset. Roei brings the perfect combination of sharp commercial entrepreneurial skills with a robust ethical focus to Treasure Earth and an abundance of enthusiasm for the change and reforms our Prizes and associated causes can bring.
Roei is the Founder of TPlus Technologies Ltd and Managing Director of Trade Capital Holding. As a seasoned professional operating at the sharp end of the financial services industry, Roei is no stranger to challenge, and enthusiastically shares in our vision and mission: “how to peacefully and more profitably resolve global war and global warming championing principled leadership, corporate social responsibility and humanitarian care with a special focus on youth,” and embracing our position as pacifist, apolitical and non-partisan Community Interest Company.
He is fully committed to our Statement of Principles supporting the UN Guiding Principles of Business and Human Rights and as a measure of his entrepreneurial spirit, sees the opportunity to inspire stakeholders and sponsors and the financial services industry including at the sharp end to set an example as pioneers, enablers and leaders of radical change for the better.
His experience and demonstrated success in the financial services industry leaves him in no doubt that in partnership with governments and organisations worldwide, together they are uniquely positioned to leverage huge change. Working together with organisations, investors, HNW, UHNW, tax havens and nations worldwide and adopting the highest ethical, human rights, environmental, financial, taxation, labour and governance standards across their global operations to introduce ethical reforms that leave no-one behind, they can exercise exemplary leadership and play a significant role in resolving the root causes of the critical global challenges facing the people and the planet.
