Nick Childs,
Senior Business Advisor and Member of the Advisory Board Business and Risk
Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Childs as Senior Business Advisor and Member of the Advisory Board – Business & Risk at Treasure Earth C.I.C. effective 25 February 2020. Nick is an accomplished management consultant and experienced leadership and banking professional accustomed to leading large global teams and delivering multi-million pound projects engaging with both executive and board level stakeholders. He brings valuable experience and transferable skills across a broad spectrum of finance, business, risk, strategy and governance to advise and support Treasure Earth C.I.C. across all projects, Prizes and Awards at both a strategic and operational level.
Nick started his career as part of the Graduate Leadership Programme at Lloyds Banking Group where he moved straight into a position as Strategy Manager. Moving on to Deloitte UK as Consulting Manager Strategy and Operations he rose swiftly through the ranks to Associate Director, Financial Crime. He currently works for Nordea Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark where he started out as Head of Strategy & Change (Wealth), and Group Programme Director for MiFID II. After this he was promoted to Group Head of Business Risk, Governance and Issue Management with dual responsibility for providing board and executive management with the global risk profile and with responsibility for supporting non-financial risk management across all areas of the bank including Personal Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
