Senior Programme Manager Prizes, Awards & Communications Campaigns
Treasure earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Heaven as Senior Programme Manager Prizes, Awards and Communications Campaigns effective 1 July 2019. Claire brings the benefit of her senior leadership and project management skills honed across 20 years in the corporate sector working in complex, global, matrix and virtual environments for a variety of blue-chip financial and professional services companies including ABN AMRO, Barclays, CIBC World Markets, Clifford Chance, HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group.
She has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver on vision, strategy and brand and providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and campaign teams on how to manage KPIs, deliverables and outcomes.
She recently started as Transformation and Communications Lead for a Learning and Transformation programme with AstraZeneca, prior to which she has been engaged in various Senior Project Engagement, Strategy and Communications roles leading on multi-year transformation to improve technical and data processes across Barclays Investment bank and previously with HSBC, where as Senior Communications Lead she developed the communications strategy and processes for global functions across Risk, Finance, HR, Marketing and Communications that support the global businesses for HSBC.
At ABN Amro as Services Sustainable Development Programme Manager she worked with a small in-house team to establish the overall sustainability programme for Services, with specific focus on reducing the bank’s direct environmental footprint, and established a staff volunteer ‘Champions Action Team’ to build staff awareness and engagement. The programme included running an environmental audit, and focused on a number of initiatives such as an awareness campaign on energy usage. The programme was then rolled out to develop an environmental awareness and action toolkit for global use.
Claire has also undertaken a variety of volunteering roles with the following:
