Rute Robalo,
Head of Brand and Creative Designer
Treasure Earth is pleased to announce Rute Robalo as Head of Brand and Creative Designer at Treasure Earth C.I.C. effective 10 May 2023. Rute brings a wealth of experience both as a former Brand Ambassador and a multi-skilled Brand and Creative Designer across digital and print platforms. She blends the perfect balance of the natural and the futuristic in a style that lends itself to the sustainability led technical brands of the future.
Rute was until recently Head of Brand Design at MSCI Inc. where she worked her way up from Lead Designer and Senior Associate influencing design-led thinking and creative best practice across the business. While there she also enterprisingly established herself as a diversity champion persuading the company to create a permanent role for a Chief Diversity Officer. She therefore became VP and Co-Founder of the Black Leadership Network (BLN) supporting black employees as part of MSCI Inc.’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion forums alongside the Asian Support Network (ASN), the All Ability Network supporting employees challenged with disability, the Hola!, MSCI supporting the Hispanic community, Women in technology (WIT), the Climate Action Network (CAN), the Pride and Allies Network supporting the LGBTQ community, and the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF).
Prior to her role at MSCI she worked at Thomson Reuters as Lead Designer in the Life Sciences Division where she was responsible for the conceptual and stylistic execution of cross-media projects and campaigns. She previously worked as Graphic designer at RSM Robson Rhodes where she was responsible for translation of project briefs and business objectives into meaningful creative concepts to increase customer engagement, drive loyalty and revenue.
