Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda McCue as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Member of the Advisory Board effective 27 December. As a highly skilled executive search and talent acquisition professional working across the UK and internationally, Linda brings a wealth of experience to apply to the selection and recruitment of our additional volunteers and employees from executive level through to senior management level to support and work with us across all disciplines and all prizes and awards and to join us on the Treasure Earth Challenge.
Linda specialises in working with clients to establish future growth and development of search and sourcing strategies, salary benchmarking and is highly experienced in delivering end to end recruitment cycles including design and delivery of assessment centres (SHL Level A&B qualified) and which has resulted in an excellent track record of delivery with 97.5% of campaigns appointed first time.
She recently took on a position as Associate Director at Harvey Nash Global Healthcare and Academia working with their major client the NHS and involving the proactive establishment of a diverse talent pipeline.
This she undertook in addition to her role as Managing Director of her own company Acertus Search and Select specialising in the comprehensive clinical and non-clinical recruitment solutions to the healthcare sector at middle and senior management level. Major clients include the NHS, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Naufar Wellness and Recovery (Qatar), Aldara Hospital and Medical Center (Saudi Arabia) The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, Kingston Hospital NHS FT and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust.
A keen and active supporter of diversity in the workplace she has also successfully recruited for a range of healthcare clients in both the UK and internationally recruiting with talent acquisition strategies focused on sourcing from US, Canada, Australasia, UK, Ireland and Middle East for clients such as Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, Aldara Hospital and Medical Centre in KSA, Emirates Hospital in Dubai, Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar, Naufar Wellness and Recover in Qatar, Royal Hospital for Women in Bahrain and Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Linda started her career as an account manager for Hays Accounting and Finance rapidly ascending the ranks to become senior business manager at Hays Specialist Recruitment responsible for the provision of integrated recruitment solutions to appoint senior management and executives nationwide to the health sector.
As contract manager, she was selected to manage the Master Vendor agreement (London & South-Eastern Region) between the Audit Commission and Hays Accountancy & Finance for the provision of qualified external auditors where she raised the profile of the Audit Commission both nationally and internationally to attract quality applicants. As Account Manager she also joint-managed a very large preferred supplier agreement between the BBC and Hays Accountancy & Finance.
The valued skills set that Linda brings to Treasure Earth complements the existing team perfectly and will contribute significantly to the exciting expansion of our team and to the success of our Prizes and Awards and the Treasure Earth challenge addressing the major global challenges of the 21st century such as global conflict and global warming by championing CSR and humanitarian care and with a special focus on youth.
