Treasure Earth is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Warren as Senior Board Advisor Sponsorship and Partnerships and Member of the Advisory Board effective 29 November 2019. Craig brings an impressive range of exceptional transferable skills as a chartered investment professional. Since joining HSBC Private Bank as a Graduate, he spent time as a Relationship Manager before taking up his current role as an Associate Director Investment Counsellor, managing bespoke portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals from around the world.
At HSBC Craig provides investment advice across a range of asset classes, from traditional fixed income and equity securities to complex alternative investment strategies.
In addition to this primary responsibility, Craig plays a significant role in HSBC’s Next Generation programme, providing information and educational sessions to the children and grandchildren of wealthy families.
Craig also manages the financial literacy outreach programme for HSBC Private Bank, providing programmes to teenage students across London in order to support them in preparing for financial independence in later life and raising engagement and aspiration with financial service professionals.
Based in Durham for his university years, Craig ran a successful tutoring business providing English tuition to young people during a year in Aix-en-Provence in France, and taught English as a Foreign Language to school children in his hometown in university holidays.
Craig is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Fellow at the CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment; Chartered FCSI) and holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Economics from Durham University, where he took a particular focus in Development Economics.
The valued skills set that Craig brings to Treasure Earth complements the existing team perfectly and will contribute significantly to the success of our Prizes and Awards and play a major role in the Treasure Earth challenge addressing the major global challenges of the 21st century such as global conflict and global warming by championing CSR and humanitarian care and with a special focus on youth.
